Utthan, which aspires to become a leading coaching company for business growth and leadership development in India by 2025, hosted its first ULL 1.0 on Thursday.
The ULL 1.0 saw 20 selected participants presenting their game-changing ideas that helped them grow their business in the previous financial year before an eminent jury.
The jury comprised Chartered Accountant Sandeep Kamdar, Founder & CEO, Arihant Institute, Dr Dipen Patel, Founder & CEO, Aalayam Rehab Care, Dr Tejas Shah, Programme Chair, MBA (Family Business & Entrepreneurship) at Institute of Management, Nirma University, and Dr. Shital Badshah, renowned Leadership Coach and Founder of Growth Catalyst.
“At Utthan – l, we believe that sharing is learning. The very first ULL 1.0 was aimed at sharing simple ideas, which when implemented consistently, have produced transformational results. We believe that each of the participants, who come from different business backgrounds, have learnt a lot from this exchange of ideas, and will use them to grow their business,” said Amit Patel, Business and Leadership Coach, and Founder, Utthan
Established seven years ago, Utthan’s core purpose was to make every company that connects with it a value-based entity with strong ethics and help it achieve new heights every year. However, it is much more than a coaching company and a thought that will create a winning environment for every business.
“The unique ULL 1.0 was organised to celebrate seven years of Utthan success and to express gratitude towards participants who have supported in its journey. Visibility is an important factor in today’s age, and enhancing the visibility of the participants by providing them with networking opportunities was another key objective of ULL 1.0. We are thrilled by the response the event received, and are thankful to the jury for their time and efforts,” Mr Amit Patel said further.
At ULL 1.0, each participant was given three minutes to present the one idea that helped them in the previous year with context about why and how the idea was processed. The ideas were analysed and evaluated by the jury on four parameters, viz. concept, presentation, uniqueness, and sustainability, to rank the best ideas.
Utthan celebrated 7 years of its success by presenting a new identity that has been curated following an extensive thought process. A cake-cutting ceremony was also organised to mark the occasion.
