The Vellore District Cricket Association Secretaries Forum has congratulated Kallidaikurichi S Viswanathan, affectionately known as Kasi Sir, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) CEO on his induction into the Cricket Hall of Fame, Hartford, USA. The former secretary of the TNCA was inducted into the Cricket Hall of Fame after his brilliant contributions as an administrator and executive for the benefit of the sport.
The function hosted by The Vellore District Cricket Association was held at Darling Mahal, Vellore. The program was presided over by Dr. G.V.
Sampath, President, The Vellore District Cricket Association, in the august presence of Dr. P. Ashok Sigamani, President, TNCA; Adam Sait, Vice President, TNCA; K Shivakumar, Honorary Joint Secretary, TNCA; RS Ramasaamy, former Honorary Secretary, TNCA,;PKG Subramanian, Chairman, District Secretaries Forum; C. Mareeswaran, Convenor, District Secretaries Forum; Dr RN Baba, Honorary Assistant Secretary, TNCA and Vijaya Viswanathan.

The function was attended by Past Office Bearers of TNCA, various District Cricket Association, Apex Council Members, friends and representatives of the Member Clubs.
Those who offered their felicitations include past and present Office Bearers. They showered praise on K S Viswanathan for his role as an administrator, especially in the development of cricket in Districts and in the state.
A special edition stamp was also released during the function and K S Viswanathan was also presented with several mementoes, which included a bronze statue too.
