Gujarat’s leading real estate developer Venus Group, known for its trendsetting residential and commercial projects, on Thursday announced it has received Allotment Letter for a strategic land parcel to expand its footprint at GIFT City, home to the country’s only operating International Financial Services Centre (IFSC), in Gandhinagar.
The Allotment Letter was handed over by GIFT City’s Managing Director and Group CEO Tapan Ray to Venus Group Chairman Rajesh Vaswani at GIFT City on Wednesday.
Venus Group will develop over 5 lakh sqft of premium commercial space in the processing area of GIFT SEZ in GIFT City. The company will develop the ultramodern project on the fast track to cater to the growing demand for Grade A commercial space in GIFT City. The building will be designed with sustainability at its core with energy efficient facade and the highest green building certification.
