Chiripal Group, the Ahmedabad-headquartered, textile-led diversified conglomerate, celebrated its Foundation Day in grand style on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at Shela Auditorium, Ahmedabad. The evening was graced by renowned Bollywood actor Vikrant Massey, who joined as the Chief Guest and added a touch of star power to the celebrations.
As part of the festivities, the Group hosted a felicitation ceremony honouring winners of the recently concluded Chiripal Spark Sports Fest 2025 and long-serving employees for their years of dedication and contribution to the organisation.
A Star-Studded Evening of Inspiration
Vikrant Massey shared the stage with Chiripal Group promoters —Vedprakash Chiripal, Jyotiprakash Chiripal, Jaiprakash Chiripal, Brijmohan Chiripal, Deepak Chiripal, Vishal Chiripal, Ronak Chiripal, and Vansh Chiripal — making the evening a memorable one.
In a candid conversation with Ronak Chiripal, the actor shared anecdotes and lessons from his career, emphasizing resilience, humility, and the importance of staying grounded.
“Success is not a single moment — it’s a continuous journey,” said Vikrant. “What I am today is the result of my mistakes, mindfulness, and experiences. If you take care of your people and stay true to your values, the path opens automatically.”
He added, “Every milestone is built on values and hard work. My parents taught me that learning from others’ experiences is also an art. True success lies in growing together and taking responsibility.”
Honouring Loyalty, Team Spirit, and Excellence
The event celebrated not only talent but also commitment. Employees completing over 35 years of service across Chiripal Group companies were recognised with Long Service Awards, acknowledging their loyalty and contribution to the Group’s journey.
Employees who had donated blood five or more times during the annual Chiripal Blood Donation Drive were also felicitated for their humanitarian spirit.
Vikrant Massey presented awards to the winners and achievers of Chiripal Spark Sports Fest 2025, held from September 12–25, 2025, featuring seven sports — badminton, table tennis, carrom, cricket, volleyball, running, and chess. More than 500 employees from various Group companies participated in the spirited competitions, fostering teamwork and camaraderie.
