The Bharatya Janata Party (BJP) is ready for a debate on CAA in any village with the DMK. Whether Stalin is ready for our challenge, says BJP National General Secretary P. Muralidhar Rao here on Thursday.
Addressing reporters, Rao said that the debate could be in any village of Stalin’s choice in the next 20 days.
We are challenging DMK in every village. Claiming that no Indian Muslims would be affected by CAA, Rao urged Stalin to explain the reasons the DMK for opposing CAA.
Rao said that the BJP would conduct conferences, public meetings and door-to-door campaigns in support of CAA in Tamil Nadu. He also welcomed those who have recently supported the CAA, including actor Rajinikanth.
Dismissed allegations of a rift in the AIADMK-BJP alliance in the State, he said the new BJP president for TN will be announced after the Delhi elections, he added.
Former Union Ministers’ Pon Radhakrishnan and C.P. Radhakrishnan and others accompanied.
