The masterclass demonstrated that wholesome meals need not be complicated. By combining practical nutrition tips with simple cooking techniques, the event showcased how fresh, seasonal ingredients can be transformed into colourful, flavour-packed dishes that are easy to recreate at home.
During the live cooking demonstration, Milind Soman, Ankita Konwar and Executive Chef Manish Uniyal prepared two refreshing signature creations—a Tuscan Sunrise Smoothie and a vibrant Fresh Avocado & Ruby Grapefruit Symphony Salad—highlighting the perfect balance between taste, nutrition and visual appeal.
Throughout the session, Milind Soman encouraged participants to view healthy eating as a sustainable lifestyle rather than a temporary diet, sharing practical insights on nutrition, consistency, physical fitness and overall well-being.
