Renowned for its refined oriental cuisine, artisanal techniques and immersive contemporary ambience, Yi Jing has curated a menu that marries authenticity with theatrical presentation.

Patrons are applauding the limited-period offerings for their bold flavour profiles and precise culinary execution. Among the standout dishes are the delicately crafted Chicken Char Siu Dumplings and Lotus Stem Char Siu Dumplings — both earning praise for their perfect balance of texture and depth.

The Cantonese Style Lotus Stem has emerged as a vegetarian favourite, delighting diners with its crisp-yet-tender finish, while the iconic Beijing Duck is captivating guests with its traditional preparation, elegant carving and authentic presentation.

For spice enthusiasts, the robust Clay Pot Mapo Tofu and the fiery Hot Braised Chicken with Homemade Chilli Powder are resonating strongly, offering layered heat and aromatic complexity true to classic Sichuan inspiration.
