As the year turns, Woods at Sasan, has launched a Mindful Celebratory Retreat to welcome the New Year with a collection of activities to engage the guests.
With musical evenings and art in the garden, with nature immersions in the Sasan Gir forest and well-being pathways, with lazy evening story-telling, jamming sessions and relaxed meals. Woods at Sasan dwell on sustainability and embrace it as a way of life. SOM at Woods at Sasan offers best in class well-being programming.
It is the space for ‘Ayurveda, Yoga, Holistic Healing and Inner Wellbeing’. Founded on ancient principles of holistic living, SOM offers a way to harmonise the mind, body and spirit through a range of wellbeing programmes & expeditions that cover Ayurvedic Yogic practices, Naturopathy, Acupuncture with Tea Infusions at Som Udhyan, a 675 sq ft garden dedicated to the cultivation of 45+ medicinal local herbs, Yoga, Reiki, Sound Healing, Forest Bathing, culinary wellbeing & nature walk etc.
