As many as three persons, including an Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE), working at the headquarters of the Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board (TWAD Board) were infected with coronavirus a few days ago.
They all got admitted to a government hospital for treatment in Chennai. Of the three affected, M Ravichandan. AEE got fully cured of the killer virus and resumed his duty on Thursday.
He was given a warm welcome by the Board’s Managing Director C.N. Maheshwaran and other officials. Two other workers are still under treatment, a release issued by the TWAD Board MD said.
