Saranya Ponvannan said, “I had guidance from the sisters at the hospital about breastfeeding and positions to hold the baby which helped despite a caesarean delivery. My paediatrician also insisted on giving breast milk and nothing else. Today, both of my daughters are doctors and they are healthy only because of the breast feeding.”
