The World Environment Day is celebrated every year and this year the celebration theme is Ecosystem Restoration. This theme focuses on Green Plantation and Saving our Rivers and this year due to the pandemic scenario and the recent Cyclone Tauktae which had a devastating effect on the environment, this theme became more important, say organisers.
Kaleidoscope Channel and Motherhood Foundation joined hands with some creative and community driven brands like BH CLUB, HP Creation and SMS PR to organize a national-level conference virtually on Zoom. Over 150 students from across the country from cities like Chennai, New Delhi, Kolkata, Bhubaneshwar, Vadodara and from prestigious schools of Ahmedabad participated with lots of enthusiasm.
An expert panel of judges comprising Dipsingh Rathore – A global Promoter, CA Siddharth Bhatt – CEO of Fun World, Rupal Rathod of Super Cleaning, Prashant Dushara – A real estate consultant, Tuli Banerjee – Social Activist and Sheetal Dave – Promoter of Me and She networking group adjudged the 100 participating students and decided around 12 winners of the group.
Dr. Twinkal Patel of Motherhood Foundation motivated the participating kids and their parents and urged them to pay special attention to their hygiene and health during this pandemic scenario.
Hardik Pancholi of HP Creation and Kaleidoscope along with Paresh Dave of T MAN announced some prizes for the students . Phulwadi – a famous Children magazine of Gujarat gave some gifts to the participating children.
Subhojit Sen of SMS PR moderated the event and Neha Sharma of DAV School shared the vote of thanks. Special thanks to Apurba Sen, Mayur Desai and Ketan Solanki who provided all the backend coordination support during the whole event.
