Expanding its presence to the West, Wow! China Bistro has recently opened its fourth outlet in Ahmedabad, following the success of its two locations in Kolkata and one in New Delhi. Wow! China Bistro aims to provide a fast-casual Chinese dining experience, offering over a hundred delectable dishes and unique fusion creations for Chindian food enthusiasts.
The grand launch of the new outlet in Palladium Mall was attended by Season 7 MasterChefs and Bollywood celebrities. Earlier this year, Wow! Momo made its entry into the Gujarati market with three successful outlets in Ahmedabad, including two airport kiosks and one in a mall food court, captivating the taste buds of the local residents with its flavorful offerings.
An integral vertical of Wow! Momo Foods Pvt. Ltd. Wow! Momo disrupted the unorganized Tibetan and Chinese food market in 2008 by unifying it under its first food vertical. Wow! Momo transformed the beloved Tibetan dish, momo, by infusing it with heavenly flavors and serving it through kiosks that set a trend in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry. Presently, Wow! The Ahmedabad Bistro boasts an impressive and extensive Chindianized menu with over 150 dishes that blend savory and hearty flavors. Starters will include slurp-worthy and heartwarming soups such as Wow! Noodles Veg Soup and Mix Lemon Coriander Soup. The signature WOW style is being showcased in dishes like Veggie Overloaded Sizzler Rice and Chicken Schezwan Sizzler Noodles, which will be served to patrons. The restaurant features specialties like Nasi Qi Si and Peking Chicken in Cantonese Sauce. China Bistro is also catering to the sweet tooth with innovative desserts like Molten Chocolate Spring Roll and Nolen Gur Ice Cream.
Ahmedabad is the exclusive location for ‘The First Chindian 7 Course Buffet’ offered by Wow! China Bistro. The Wow! China Bar, with its theme ‘Mocktail Bar aur Chinese Se Pyar’ (Mocktail Bar and Love for Chinese), will serve frosty and refreshing mocktails with a desi twist, including favorites like Pick Me Up and Stopwatch. Additionally, the much-craved and beloved Freak Shakes will be a must-try for visitors.
