Motivating the young graduates that “You are not just graduates—you are changemakers, visionaries, and leaders. The world awaits your contributions, and I have no doubt you will rise to the occasion,” Professor Manoj Choudhary, Vice Chancellor of Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya gave three success mantras here on Friday.

Delivering his address as the chief guest at the 7th Convocation of IITRAM Ahmedabad, Prof Manoj Choudhary, said, “You are not just graduates—you are changemakers, visionaries, and leaders. The world awaits your contributions, and I have no doubt you will rise to the occasion. This day marks the culmination of years of dedication, perseverance, and intellectual growth. You have earned this moment, and it is one to cherish.”
He further added that “As you step into the world beyond these walls, you do so at a time of extraordinary transformation. The future of engineering is not only promising—it is pivotal. We are living through the Fourth Industrial Revolution, a time defined by the convergence of Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of Things, automation, and data-driven innovation. These technologies are reshaping industries, societies, and the very fabric of our daily lives.”
You are stewards of sustainability
Speaking about their responsibility, he said, “But with great innovation comes great responsibility. As engineers, you are not only builders of systems—you are stewards of sustainability. The world needs solutions that are not just smart but also kind to our planet. You will be called upon to design technologies that conserve energy, reduce waste, and embrace renewable resources. Your work will help shape a future where progress and environmental harmony go hand in hand.
IITRAM has prepared you well for this challenge. With its cutting-edge programs in drone technology, AI and machine learning, sustainability, and infrastructure management, the institute has equipped you with both the technical expertise and the ethical foundation to lead with purpose.”

Professor Sudhir K. Jain, Chairman of the Board of Governors, IITRAM and Professor P.K Jain, Director-General IITRAM also spoke at the event.
A total of 104 graduates were conferred degrees in this convocation. Of this, 88 B.Tech, 2 M.Tech and 14 doctoral graduates received degrees. 21 students, 4 in Civil, 7 in Electrical Engineering, and 10 in Mechanical Engineering, were awarded B.Tech degree with Honour. 14 students, four in Civil, 5 in Electrical Engineering, and 5 in Mechanical Engineering were awarded B.Tech degrees with Minors.
3 Gold and 3 Silver medals were awarded to the meritorious students in undergraduate levels in all branches of Engineering. Chairman’s medal was awarded to Akarsh Patel, who received highest CPI among all specializations. The formal conferral of degrees symbolizes the graduates’ transition to alumni.
