Two hundred vehicles were distributed among the beneficiaries at the Yuva Rojgar Yojana 2023 organised by the Gujarat unit of Bharwad Yuva Sangathan on Thursday. The vehicles, including Mahindra Bolero and Maruti Suzuki Eeco were distributed among Bharwad community youths with the aim of making livelihood opportunities available to them.
Community leaders, elders, office-bearers and beneficiaries were among those present at the event. Union Minister of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Parshottam Rupala joined the event virtually. The community elders extended their best wishes and blessings to the beneficiaries.
Speaking on the occasion, Bharwad Yuva Sangathan President Dilip Bharwad, said, “The distribution of vehicles under the Yuva Rojgar Yojana 2023 is aimed at helping the beneficiaries in getting employment opportunities so that they can take proper care of their families. We also want them to work hard, become successful and make the community proud. The idea is to help the community become AtmaNirbhar and to contribute to making the country AtmaNirbhar.”
He also told the beneficiaries to pay the vehicle’s EMIs on time and to approach them in case they need any help.
The Bharwad Yuva Sangathan’s Gujarat unit had invited applications from interested candidates for vehicle distribution. A total of 1,023 applications were received, which were centrally scrutinized in eight districts. The documents were submitted to a finance company to help the beneficiaries get loans. Moreover, since the vehicles were purchased in bulk, the organisation got excellent pricing deals.
“The organisation aims to support 450 community youths to purchase vehicles. Two hundred beneficiaries received their vehicles today while the remaining 250 vehicles will be distributed soon,” he said further.
Bechar Bharwad, Sardardham President Gagji Sutariya, former MLA Bhavan Bharwad, former MLA Lakha Bharwad, Maldhari Samaj coordinator Dr Sanjay Desai, Dr Gauresh Bharwad, Shital Motors Director Arvind Thakkar, Bharwad Yuva Sangathan vice president Mehul Bharwad, Bharwad Yuva Sangathan general secretary Amit Bharwad, Chairman Sangram Bharwad, community leaders Khenga Bharwad, Lala Bharwad, Dhara Bharwad, and AG Group chairman Dinesh Bharwad were among the community leaders and dignitaries present on the occasion.
