With an aim to create awareness on preventive health and cultivate the good habit of eating nutritious food, three like-minded healthcare and wellness coach have joined hands and conducting The Health and Wellness Expo 2023 in Ahmedabad at the city’s YMCA Club on SG Highway.
The expo will be held for two days from Saturday to Sunday, October 7-8 from 11 am to 8 pm.
Speaking with navjeevanexpress.com, well-known wellness coach, food chef and consultant from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Hina Gautam said, “In this first edition of The Health and Wellness Expo 2023 in Ahmedabad, 25 multi-speciality practitioners from Allopathy, the Indian traditional healthcares like homeopathy, Ayurveda and Siddha will offer free consultation on lifestyle diseases like heart disease, diabetes, lung disease, joint pain etc. Apart from this, training in yoga, nature cure, first aid, CPR will be imparted. The visitors will get all information related to health and fitness, mental health, rehabilitation, nutrition. Post-COVID pandemic, lung related diseases are on the rise. To check this, we have roped in the services of a Pune-based medical technology firm which will conduct the pulmonary tests. Some ten basic tests will be done free of cost. We urge all to visit this expo and lead a healthy life.”
Dr Manoj Ghoda, Gastroenterologist and General Practitioner having over 40 years of experience, said, “With the change in lifestyles, sedentary life coupled with the unmindful food habits among the professionals have impacted the health of professionals, especially youth. We are holding workshops and seminars by healthcare experts to disseminate awareness among the visitors at this expo. Further, we have joined hands with the Indian Red Cross Society to conduct blood donation camp alongside the expo. Visitors are requested to contribute their mite in our healthcare and wellness awareness drive.”
Dr Deepen Patel, Founder- Curific Care and Founder and CEO of Aalayam Rehab Care, said, “Prevention is better than cure in alleviating chronic pains.
