With the divine blessings of Lord Sri Venkateswara, a modern, state-of-the-art kitchen is set to come up at Tirumala, dedicated to the Sri Venkateswara Anna Prasadam Trust. The sacred initiative, aimed at ensuring that no devotee ever goes hungry, is being undertaken in partnership with Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) and with the wholehearted support of the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
The new kitchen, equipped with advanced automation, will have the capacity to prepare and serve over 200,000 sanctified meals each day, providing devotees with wholesome, nutritious Anna Prasadam prepared with the highest standards of devotion, purity, and care.
Tirumala continues to stand as an eternal symbol of faith, compassion, and service, and this project reflects the enduring spirit of Anna Seva, one of the most revered traditions of the temple. The initiative also supports Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu’s noble vision to extend this sacred food service to all TTD temples across the state.
Expressing deep gratitude to TTD and the Andhra Pradesh Government for their guidance and collaboration, the organisers said it is a divine privilege to contribute to Lord Venkateswara’s mission of service to humanity.
In a related gesture of devotion, industrialist Mukesh Ambani visited the Guruvayur Sri Krishna Temple in Thrissur, Kerala, and made a donation of ₹15 crore, reaffirming his family’s continued commitment to supporting major spiritual and charitable causes across the nation.
