The Government, along with institutions like EDII, is consistently striving to support the differently abled and enable their advancement in social, economic and cultural spheres. I extend my best wishes to Dr. Shukla and his team for their committed efforts towards empowering PwDs and enriching their lives with dignity and opportunity.”
Highlighting the importance of societal transformation, Dr. Sunil Shukla noted, “As India is rising up to the need for instituting measures to create an inclusive society. New mindsets and new environment are fast in the making, yet for a 360 degree change to come around, there has to be regular and committed proactive measures that inspire society as a whole, to embrace inclusivity with a change in their perception towards the differently abled. At EDII, we are witnessing encouraging outcomes and have also developed best practices that foster a supportive and inclusive ecosystem for persons with disabilities.”
