To commemorate the Sixth International Yoga Day, Konark Corps organised yoga with the theme “Yoga at Home” and “Yoga with Family”. The troops of Konark Corps and their families carried out Yoga at their homes following all precautions amidst the Coronavirus pandemic, a Defence release said.

Yoga was carried out with warm up exercises followed by basic Yoga Asanas and Pranayam.
