To boost ecological balance and promote green environment, Air Force Selection Board (AFSB) Gandhinagar carried out a plantation drive by planting more trees on Thursday. All air warriors actively participated and planted more than 1,000 saplings inside the campus with an aim to create Green Belt in GIDC area, Gandhinagar, says a release.
AFSB ગાંધીનગર ખાતે વર્ષ 2018થી વૃક્ષારોપણ કવાયત હાથ ધરવામાં આવે છે અને આજદિન સુધીમાં 28000 કરતાં વધારે છોડ રોપવામાં આવ્યા છે

In the inaugural address to the air warriors, Air Commodore Deshpal Singh, Air Officer Commanding, AFSB Gandhinagar emphasized the need to plant trees to have a clean & pollution free environment.
The tree plantation drive at AFSB Gandhinagar is in effect from the year 2018 and since then over 28,000 saplings has been planted. The drive also get considerable support from Forest Department, Gandhinagar and AIA CSR Foundation, Ahmedabad.
