Ashiana, one of the leading real estate developers, on Tuesday announced the launch of Ashiana Vatsalya, an exclusive premium residential project for senior citizens on the outskirts of Chennai at Mahindra World City.

He further said, this is the 8th project exclusively designed for senior citizens, we aim to raise the bar and set new benchmarks in retirement living in Tamil Nadu. The investment for project is primarily funded through internal resources, supplemented by a loan of 8-10%, he added.

258 units available in the first phase
Over 1,000 residences would be constructed over 8 years in phased manner and will be delivered in 5 phases, each to be completed in approximately 2 to 2.5 years. During the first phase around 258 residential units are ready to be handed over to the aspiring investors, Ankur Gupta said.

Gupta said that the company is developing a state-of-the-art project for senior citizen homes on IT Corridors of the the East Coast Road (ECR).
