GANDHINAGAR, SEPT 12
What happens when 10,000 technology professionals, entrepreneurs, developers and business leaders converge under one roof—not merely to discuss technology, but to ask how it can fundamentally change the way businesses work? Gandhinagar became the stage for that conversation as Odoo Experience 2026 India brought together the technology and business community for two days of ideas, innovation, entrepreneurship and connections at the Mahatma Mandir Convention Centre on Friday and Saturday.
With 10,000+ attendees, 180+ exhibitors, 250+ talks and 10 masterclasses, the event created a large platform for businesses and technology professionals to learn, connect and experience the latest developments in business technology.
The event opened with a keynote by Mantavya Gajjar, Managing Director, Odoo India, who addressed the community and business audience at the beginning of the two-day gathering. His keynote set the tone for the event, bringing together Odoo’s vision for the future of business software with the changing needs of Indian businesses.

Odoo 20 takes centre stage
One of the biggest highlights of Odoo Experience 2026 India was the launch of Odoo 20, giving attendees a first look at the latest version of the Odoo business management platform.
The new version brings enhancements across a wide range of business functions, including Accounting, Website, Inventory, Human Resources, Manufacturing, eCommerce, CRM and Sales.
Sessions throughout the event allowed attendees to explore these developments through practical demonstrations and discussions, showing how new technology can simplify everyday business operations.
The wider agenda featured discussions covering AI, manufacturing, finance, eCommerce, retail, HR, sales, logistics, customer success and entrepreneurship, allowing attendees to explore technology from both business and practical perspectives.
When technology meets the creator economy
Another major highlight was a fireside conversation featuring Suniel Shetty, Dr Arokiaswamy Velumani and Mantavya Gajjar.
Bringing together perspectives from entertainment, entrepreneurship, healthcare and technology, the conversation explored the experiences and ideas behind building organisations, creating long-term impact and navigating change.
The session became one of the key moments of the event, demonstrating the broader conversations Odoo Experience aims to create beyond software and technology.
The distinctive blend of technology and contemporary entrepreneurship continued with the presence of leading creators and entrepreneurs. A panel featuring Gaurav Taneja, Ranveer Allahbadia and Parsh Kothari brought together different perspectives on entrepreneurship, personal brands, business and the changing creator economy.
The event also featured conversations involving Viraj Bahl, Sharan Hegde, Shreya Hegde and Sakshi Jain, among other speakers from India’s business and creator ecosystem.
These conversations added a different dimension to a technology-focused event, showing that modern business stories are increasingly being shaped by communities, creators and entrepreneurs alongside traditional technology leaders.
From 24 hours of coding to a world record
The event also celebrated an achievement that began before Odoo Experience itself.
On September 5–6, 2026, Odoo India hosted Odoo Hackathon ’26 at its Gandhinagar headquarters, bringing together 1,532 developers across 529 teams for a 24-hour coding marathon.
The scale of participation earned Odoo India recognition in the World Book of Records for setting a new record for the “Maximum participants in an offline 24-hour recruitment hackathon.”
The achievement was recognised during the Odoo Hackathon ’26 World Record Ceremony at Odoo Experience 2026.
For Odoo, the hackathon represents more than a record. It reflects the company’s continued focus on engaging with developers, discovering talent and creating new opportunities.
Two days, one larger question
With thousands of attendees, hundreds of sessions, an extensive exhibition and a diverse line-up of business and creator voices, Odoo Experience 2026 India created a space where technology conversations moved beyond software.
As the event concluded in Gandhinagar, the key takeaway was clear: the future of business technology is not only about adding more tools, but about bringing people, processes and technology together in a simpler and more connected way.
Odoo Experience 2026 India closed with new ideas, new connections and a community looking ahead to what comes next.
