Ahmedabad, 2025: Echoes of Dharma: A Journey through Leadership in the Ramayana, authored by Dr. J. P. Vaishnav, was launched under the divine blessings of Jagadguru Shri Jagannath Pithadhishwar Shri Shri 1008 Shri Dilipdevacharya Ji.

In his blessings, Jagadguru Shri Dilipdevacharya Ji said that the Ramayana is not only a sacred epic but also a guide to righteous leadership and governance. He praised the effort of Dr. Vaishnav in bringing timeless values into a modern context and wished that the book inspires readers to follow the ideals of humility, justice, and truth.

The book presents the Ramayana through the lens of leadership, drawing lessons from Rama’s integrity, Sita’s resilience, Bharata’s selflessness, Hanuman’s loyalty, and even Ravana’s ambition. It emphasizes that the choices of these characters are not distant myths but reflections of decisions faced in personal and professional life today.

Dr. Vaishnav explained that Echoes of Dharma is a call to lead with integrity and compassion. The book shows that the Ramayana’s wisdom continues to guide individuals, teams, and societies whenever they face crossroads of duty and desire.

With scholarly depth and spiritual blessings, the book stands as a source of inspiration for students, professionals, and seekers of values-based leadership.
