With an avowed aim to promote business, education, healthcare, women empowerment and sports and empower the five lakh strong Agrawal community in Gujarat, Shri Agrawal Vikas Mahasabha (SAVM), Gujarat, is organizing the inaugural edition of Agrawal Business Conclave (ABC 2023) on Saturday and Sunday- June 17 & 18 at Narayani Heights, Gandhinagar.
Gujarat Governor Acharya Devvrat will inaugurate the conclave which is being organised Gujarat in collaboration with SAVM’s Youth and Women’s wings.
The conclave will bring together business leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, academia, and other stakeholders to exchange ideas, impart learnings, promote entrepreneurship, drive innovation &collaborations, and fuel economic growth within the community and of course for the nation.
Claiming that Agrawal community has been the backbone of India’s economy, pre- and post-independence, Vinod Agrawal, Advisor of ABC and former Chairman, CII (Gujarat State Council), said, “We contribute 20 percent of the country’s GDP, 24 percent of the income tax, and dominate every economic sector of the country. Being biz-savvy 46 percent of the share brokers are Agrawals. Our community believes in inclusive growth and hence will render help to others also to prosper.”

It has been decided to impart 50 civil service aspirants for cracking the UPSC exam in offline mode and make available the teaching materials online for others to access. Initially, the offline coaching will commence in Ahmedabad and later on expanded to other part of the state,” Vinod Agrawal added.
“ABC is a platform that encourages dialogue, learning, and collaboration amongst key stakeholders to create and maintain a healthy business ecosystem. It seeks to build an educated, prosperous, and healthy society through education, awareness, and networking. With a high number of participants from all over Gujarat and India, the Conclave will be an enriching experience,” said Gaurav Agarwal, Chief Organiser of Agrawal Business Conclave (ABC).
“In India, community-based businesses ecosystem creates the base of a large number of MSME which plays a vital role in employment generation, wealth creation, and economic growth, all this while instilling a sense of pride and ownership within the community. The Conclave aims to bring the professional approach and best practices of other organisations as well as community-based businesses from other countries. It will also focus on local entrepreneurship and innovation to address challenges such as access to funding, talent and infrastructure,” said Suresh Agarwal, President of SAVM, Gujarat.
“The Conclave seems to create awareness on topics such as business franchises, platforms for expansion, investor-startup meets, and business promotion. It will also provide information about Skill India and Startup India initiatives, and various government schemes for MSMEs. The information and updates will be highly beneficial to the participants,” said Suresh Arya, chief patron of ABC.
