Gujarat grooves to Divya Chaudhary’s mesmerizing garba renderings and celebrate Navratri

With Navratri is around, it is divinity, dance, music and masti for fun-loving Gujaratis world over. To maintain the sanctity of this Nine-day pious festival, devotees invite the services of many well-known religious and Navratri Garba singers. Among them versatile folk singer Divya Chaudhary stands out for her melodious and mesmerizing voice.

And above all she is very much professional in rendering pure Gujarati Garba songs. Yes, her   name is imprinted in the Gujarati music and entertainment fraternity. She has sung over 200 Albums which is a landmark for any Folk Singer to achieve. Also, she has her name on 600 plus sGujarati Folk song which have been dedicated to all the Gujarati song lovers around the globe.

Divya was born in the Banaskatha district of Gujarat. At a very tender age of 12, she had a clear path of becoming a singer and she started taking part in Annual Day functions to mould her carrier in singing.

Incidentally, Divya made her debut during Navratri, an auspicious festival for Hindus and never looked back.

Speaking about this, Divya says, “When I reached the stage for the first time, my parents and brothers were standing in the front line to boost my morale. I was very happy and excited  and then splendidly sang the Navratri Garba songs.”.

What makes her special is she is very much grounded to reality and holds the family in high esteem, Divya says, ”Whatever I am today is because of my family’s unstinted sacrifice and support. My husband Mitul Chaudhary has been continuously motivating  me to sing well. He is my pillar of strength and soul. He takes care of the family responsibities with utmost care.”

Divya through her song called ‘Chaudhary ki Entry’ dived deep and came out becoming a popular singer of 2018.

Her recent song which became popular on YouTube is ‘Ray Dheladi’ which has got over a million views.

In 2018 with the support of Music Composer Ajay Vagheshwari, she released her song ‘Chaudhary Ni Ramzat’ which was produced by Studio Saraswati and it gave her the title of ‘Best song of the year’. Divya Chaudhary is known for Gujarati folklore, her Raas Garba singing in Gujarati and Hindi music fraternity. She has thousands of fans following on Social media and thousands on YouTube. She gave her contribution in all categories Like devotional folk, wedding and Raas-Garba Songs.

Divya believes in charity work and helping other people. She recently organized a seva camp in Ambaji Temple. Also, she celebrated her birthday with the children of Uttampura Green school.
