MS Dadha Foundation on Monday announced the successful conclusion of its inaugural Inclusive Sports Meet, a pioneering event designed to empower and honour the abilities of physically challenged individuals held at AM Jain College ground in Meenambakkam. The Sports Meet brought together participants from diverse backgrounds, fostering a spirit of unity, resilience, and inclusivity.
The event was started with the welcome speech by Mahendra Dadha (Co-founder & trustee of Mukti: MS Dadha Foundation). Dr. J. Radhakrishnan (Commissioner of GCC), K.M. Srikkanth (Former captain of the Indian cricket team), Mohan Goenka (Founder & Trustee of Mohan Goenka Foundation) were the main dignitaries during the inaugural event.
Meena Dadha, Founder and Managing Trustee of Mukti. (M.S. Dadha foundation) highlighted that Mukti has completed 38 years and more than 4 lakh amputees and polio-affected people were helped so far across the globe. During this event Dr. Radhakrishnan highlighted the schemes being implemented by Tamil Nadu Government for the disabled and gave special thanks to the team of Mukti. Former captain Srikkanth inspired everyone to participate in national level competitions.

This year Mukti honored 4 achievers G. Vijayasarathy, Solairaj D., Subbaiah Thirumalai Kumar and C. Govinda Krishnan. Through various adaptive sports activities such as wheelchair basketball, 100mtr track event, Universal relay and different field events participants showcased their skills and determination, inspiring everyone in attendance with their remarkable achievements. Among them 4-5 participants were selected for the upcoming National level competition.
During the valedictory function Raju Venkatraman, (Founder of Vetri Solution, Rev IT, Medoll) & the sensational south cine star Srikanth, inspired everyone to move forward. Many beneficiaries narrated their biographies of how Mukti gave them a new life. Players from many areas of Tamil Nadu came to this competition in which the team of Vellore was the winner of basketball.

Mukti Inclusive Sports meet took place among our own beneficiaries those wearing prosthesis and Orthosis, which is like a dream to see, such a unique opportunity is rarely seen in life. Under the leadership of Meena Dadha, many distinguished guests attended this program, including Nirmal Mirza, Dr. Jayesh Sanghavi, Ravee Malhotra, Poonam Lalchand, Many dignitaries like Dr.C.K. Gariyali, K. Subhash ji Ranka, Praveenji Tatia, Ashokji Mehta, Gautamji Vaid, Nihalji Nahar, . Devendra Betla, Raju Lunawat were also present.
Shiv Kumar Goenka played a vital role in this event. Ajay Nahar and Maruti were thanked for organizing the program to make it a grand success. Apart from the committee member Surendra Dadha and trustee Shilpa Dugar, there was special support in this work from . Mita Golechha, Shanti Chand Golechha, Sharmila Hirawat, Rahul Bohra, Dr. Shatabdi, Satyanarayanan D. etc. New clothes were also distributed by Rajasthan Cosmo Club Foundation during the event.
