World Charity Welfare Foundation, associated with the Ministry of Skill Development -Govt of India on Friday honoured Navjeevan Express Food & Hospitality editor, Celebrity Master Chef Dr Kaviraj Khialani with ‘the International Social Honourable Award 2022.’ The title conferred on him in recognition of his outstanding commitment, passionate approach and never give up attitude towards his area of expertise which is truly an inspiring factor for youngsters who wish to be successful in this competitive industry.
The World Charity Welfare Foundation is associated with the Ministry of Skill Development -Govt of India and is also recognised by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare- New Delhi.
In his acceptance speech, Chef Dr Kaviraj Khialani, said, “It’s always great to be recognised for all the efforts one puts towards making a little difference in society & in one’s specific field. For me it has always been a pleasure offering every bit of my knowledge and experience sharing it with the budding chefs and professionals to be of the near future in the world of hospitality.”

Chef Kaviraj has been a name synonymous with dedication & passion to perfection in his field of expertise for 25 years now. Having started his career path at the age of seven he developed interest in cooking and followed his interest ever since and worked his way up towards becoming a world-class professional and iconic name in the world of food and hospitality.
His career graph showcases quality experience with five star hotels like the Taj Group, aviation sector majors like Kuwait Airways where he served as a sky chef! He has also been a certified trainer for cabin crew for international airlines. an attitude of gratitude and hard work coupled with a drive to do better every single day has listed him as a young achiever. a number of prestigious national awards like the Bharat Vidya Ratan, Man Of Excellence, Global Icon For Education, The Real Super Heroes Award, Golden Peacock National Award to name a few have been conferred upon him along with a number of citations and titles as well in international and local journals.
Chef Kaviraj is certified by the Swiss Hotel Management University, American Hotel & Lodging- Educational Institute- USA. Besides having specialised in over 33 plus international cuisines he is also known for fusion foods, innovative concepts, creative cooking styles from around the world.
His contribution to media in a number of ways has also been highly appreciated, having featured on food reality shows on Star Plus and Colors Television, carrying out assignments and consultancies on food design & photography for number of magazines on food, having featured his articles and recipes with over 50 plus publications as on today across the globe have made his work visible and has gained alot of appreciation as well. Dr. Kaviraj is also a successful academician and has been associated with teaching & training the young generation who wish to be successful in the culinary and hospitality industry for 20 plus years now. Besides being involved in corporate training assignments, offering his expertise on menu designing, staffing, training and recruitment for five star hotels and various verticals related to hospitality Chef Kaviraj is also associated with many activities linked with NGO’s and non-profit making entities where education and entrepreneurship is discussed and people have gained a livelihood.
