Sterling Accuris Diagnostics, a renowned chain of pathology laboratories, on Thursday announced its acquisition of VIP Labs, a leading provider of pathology services based in Ahmedabad. This strategic move further strengthens Sterling Accuris Diagnostics’ robust and influential presence in the diagnostics industry of Gujarat.
However, the company did not disclose the financial details of the transaction.
Elaborating on the details of this development, Rajiv Sharma, MD of Sterling Accuris Diagnostics said, “We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the acquisition of VIP labs.
