The Logo, theme and website will reflect India’s perspective and overarching priorities for the course of upcoming year. India will assume the G20 Presidency from Dec 1, 2022, and lead dialogues on most pressing concerns of the day.
The upcoming G20 2023 Summit will present a unique and unprecedented opportunity for India to show its commitment and leadership on issues of international importance. During the course of its Presidency, India will hold about 200 meetings in 32 different sectors in multiple locations across India, and try to find consensus-based solutions to global problems.
G20 is the premier forum for international economic cooperation representing around 85% of the global GDP, over 75% of the global trade, and about two-thirds of the world population. The G20 Summit to be held next year would be one of the most high profile international gatherings to be hosted by India.
