Smartphone brand, realme, on Tuesday launched its entry-level value kings, the realme C12 and realme C15 with mega-powered 6000mAh batteries. realme also introduced the realme Buds Classic and realme T-shirt, strengthening its vision to become the most popular tech-lifestyle brand in India, a release said.
Commenting on the launch of the new products, Madhav Sheth, Vice President, realme and Chief Executive Officer, realme India, said, “Continuing our dare to leap dictum and aim to deliver best-in-class technology, we are delighted to introduce the realme C12 and realme C15. The realme C12 and realme C15 feature a mega power 6000mAh battery which allows users long-hours of non-stop usage and a Super Power Saving Mode for better battery life. It also has a special OTG reverse charge feature. Both smartphones are equipped with a 6.5” HD+ Mini-drop full-screen display with an aspect ratio of 20:9, offering consumers a larger field of view and excellent viewing experience. The mini drop on the screen is 30.9% smaller than the normal dewdrop, making the screen to body ratio as high as 88.7%.In terms of design, both realme smartphones feature a distinct Geometric Gradient finish. Powered by MediaTekHelio G35 processor, the realme C12 and realme C15 are ideal smartphones for mainstream users and gamers, equipped to handle most mid-to-heavy apps and games. Based on Android 10 and ColorOS 7, both smartphones feature an instant fingerprint sensor and support facial recognition. realme C12 and realme C15 is launched in two colours– Power Blue and Power Silver.
The realme C15 is the first C-series smartphone equipped with a quad-camera that makes it stand out in its price segment. It features a 13MPSuper clear main camera, 8MP Ultra-Wide-Angle Lens, 2MP B&W lens, and 2MP Retro lens. The 8MP selfie camera captures crystal clear selfies and supports AI beautification function, HDR mode, portrait mode, and a Panoselfie feature. The realme C15 comes with an 18W fast charger, which can charge the smartphone from 0%-25% of 6000mAh in 30 minutes. It is available in two variants – 3GB+32GB priced at Rs 9,999 and 4GB+64GB priced at Rs 10,999.The realme C15 will be up for sale on August 27, from noon. on realme.com, Flipkart, and from 3rd September in offline stores.
The realme C12 features a 13MP AI triple camera, with exciting additions such as chroma boost, portrait mode, and slow-motion video recording. While the primary lens allows users to take excellent pictures in daily life, the 2 MP B&W lens provides a special artistic effect for portraits. It also houses a 2 MP Macro Lens with 4CM close focus distance, allowing users to capture the micro-details in every picture. Its 5MP selfie camera is well-equipped to capture flawless images and offers users the Panoselfie feature to capture wider selfies. realme Buds Classic offers users a rich audio experience and features a comfortable half in-ear design, making it ideal for long-hours of listening experience. The headphones are equipped with a 14.2 mm audio driver which catches detailed nuances of music with excellent sound quality. It also features high-definition microphone and inline button controls for seamless experience. The realme Buds Classic will be available in two classic colors – Black and White, and will be up for grabs starting noon, August 24 for Rs 399 on realme.com and Amazon.
