Developed in partnership with Astor, one of Mysuru’s most respected real estate groups with an 85-year legacy, the ₹80-crore project is located at Shyadanahalli and draws its identity from the iconic Krishnaraja Sagara (KRS), symbolising the city’s enduring traditions of thoughtful urban planning and harmony with nature.
The project was formally inaugurated in the presence of Vikram Muthanna, Chairman and Managing Editor, Academy Newspapers Pvt. Ltd.; Rajagopal G., Co-Founder, Director & Group CEO, Lifebridge Group; Dr. Reema Nadig, leadership team, Lifebridge Group; C. R. Hanumanth, Managing Partner, Astor; Krishna Rao C. H., Managing Partner, Astor; Abhinav Sriprakash, Managing Partner, Astor; along with senior leaders from both organisations.
Spread across approximately 2.02 acres, Serene Sagara comprises 112 premium residences housed in a Ground + 8-storey development, designed exclusively for independent senior living.
