R ARIVANANTHAM

Tamil cine industry is the fertile ground for small budget films to germinate and thrive despite the reign of superstars earning over 60 percent of the films’ budget.

‘Kethula’ is one all-star commercial film produced by RFI Films Rehan Ahmed with a small budget, and directed by VRR.

With this film, Kannada actor Sreejith is making debut in Tamil film as the lead actor and his pair is Erin.

The music release ceremony of the film was held on Saturday in Chennai.

In this event Producer Rajali said, “’Kethula’ has turned out to be a masterpiece. Actor Sreejith looks like KGEF Yash. All the best for the success of this film.”

Leading film Producer K Rajan.

Producer K Rajan said, “If small investment films succeed, the film industry will grow and workers will live. Kethula Kethula is Kethula Kethula. If this group wins, they will make the film again. The producer is very good natured.

It has turned out to be a good action film. Wish this film a success. In Tamil Nadu, heroes are paid 60 percent.

This should be resolved. If you take it like this, how will it run? Cinema cannot survive if the producer is not kept alive.

Small films like this one should run, best wishes.”

Actor Sreejith said, “I am from Bangalore. The director has shed his blood and made this film. Earlier, I have done Kannada films. I never thought I would get an opportunity like this film in Tamil. Action and comedy sentiment are all there in this movie. This movie will be doing well, please support us, thank you.”

‘Gethula’ Heroine Erin.

Heroine Erin said, “This film is a Pan Indian film. Thanks to the producer and director who gave me the opportunity to do this film. This movie will definitely be a big hit. Thank you for your support.”

Music composer Jeeva Varshini said, “The director saw me in a program and said you are the music for my film. This film is all about team work. We have made this movie with a lot of hard work. The director has made the film very beautifully. I am Shankar Ganesh’s disciple and am thankful to him. I hope you like my songs. Thanks to Director VRR.”

Actor Stunt Director Pepsi Vijayan said, “The trailer itself is awesome. The hero Sreejith is confused. The film is good to watch. There is no language problem in cinema that is why they give national award to cinema. People who have come here have come for Rishi Raj. He will definitely win. Greetings to all.”

Anbu who spoke on behalf of producer of RFI Films, said, “Director VRR is a hard worker whom I know closely. The team has worked very hard to make this film, congratulations and thanks to all.”

Music composer (Shankar) Ganesh said, “A director with a three-letter name is a big hit in VRR cinema. The composer is my disciple, thanks to the director for making him a composer. I wish this group a huge success, thank you.”

Lyricist Snegan said, “Thank you for inviting me for friendship even though I did not participate in this film. It is a film of people striving for recognition despite their talent. This movie should be a big hit and everyone should get recognition. Brother Rishi Raj is a true lover of cinema. He knows nothing but cinema. Thank you for supporting this movie.”

Starring Sreejeeth, Irene Adhikari, Shayaji Shinde, Ravi Kale, Virendra Saxena, Salim Panda, Guru Chandran and many more. The film is an action commercial film packed with all the features and will hit the screens soon.
