As the global commercial vehicle industry accelerates towards electrification, lighter vehicles and smarter thermal management, Tata AutoComp Systems is shifting into a higher gear at IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026 in Hannover, Germany, showcasing an integrated portfolio designed to meet the evolving needs of global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
The Tata Group company is exhibiting its commercial vehicle capabilities at the international mobility platform from September 15 to 20, with its exhibit inaugurated by Jaykumar Chuttar, CVCPO, Tata Motors, and Brennan Gourdie, CPO, PACCAR.

Tata AutoComp, one of the most diversified mobility solutions providers, is highlighting its global reach through 22 business units, including 11 joint ventures with leading international automotive component manufacturers.
With 74 manufacturing facilities worldwide and a presence across key international markets, the company is focusing on delivering advanced, localised mobility solutions tailored to the changing requirements of customers.
Its showcase spans four technology verticals — Electricals & EV, Interior & Exterior, Thermal, and Services — supported by in-house engineering and manufacturing expertise, global technology partnerships and an expanding focus on sustainable mobility.
The portfolio encompasses vehicle electrical systems, thermal management, interior and exterior components, and engineering-led services, positioning Tata AutoComp as a potential supply-chain partner for global OEMs.
EV portfolio targets commercial mobility
With European commercial vehicle manufacturers navigating the transition towards electrification, Tata AutoComp is presenting a range of technologies aimed at supporting electric mobility.
The EV portfolio on display includes battery packs, traction motors, battery cooling systems, electric compressors, power electronics, battery thermal management systems (BTMS), busbars and chargers.
The company is also highlighting its in-house design and manufacturing capabilities, underlining its approach to developing integrated solutions for commercial vehicle applications.
Thermal management and lightweighting take the spotlight
The Thermal Management vertical features engine cooling solutions, commercial vehicle thermal management systems (CVTMS), BTMS and heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems.
In the Interior & Exterior segment, Tata AutoComp is showcasing lightweighting technologies focused on functionality, comfort, durability and aesthetics.
The offerings include composite components, steel replacements and heavy-duty plastic interior parts — solutions aimed at addressing the evolving requirements of commercial vehicle design and performance.
Supply-chain solutions extend beyond components
Tata AutoComp’s Supply Chain division is showcasing transmission parts, ratchet tie-down systems, cargo management solutions and towing products, among other offerings.
The business unit serves as a manufacturing and supply-chain partner to global OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, providing end-to-end support ranging from request-for-quotation (RFQ) management to doorstep delivery of automotive components.
Its proposition combines supplier partnerships, manufacturing capabilities and a customer-centric approach to support the requirements of global automotive customers.
