The Pink Door by Parosa is a 100 percent vegetarian, multi-cuisine urban hangout serving gourmet food, designed to welcome guests and create a positive atmosphere in and around with lip-smacking food.”
“We do not have cloud kitchen but this restaurant kitchen is manned by a qualified head chef. Our specialty is we use hand-ground spices and global recipes which spell magic on one’s palate as we blend culinary innovations with taste from around the world. Catering to varying palates, Pink Door serves an array of cuisines, including Thai, Italian, Burmese, Oriental and Indian like Jain, Swaminarayan and street food. The dishes bursts with the taste of global spices, fresh ingredients accompanied by beverages and indulgent desserts,” added Bhavsar.
What is in a name? A lot
Speaking about the naming of the restaurant as Pink Door and other features, Parosa Director Syed Zeeshan Hussain, said, “The colour pink always related to women and health. Our interior decoration and cutleries are mostly pink to enhance the mood of our customers. This restaurant has the 60-seater capacity and can be scaled up to 80 for special parties. We do undertake online orders. Our rates are pocket-friendly”
Answering a query on expansion plans, Hussain said, “We are planning to cover cities like Patan and Anand in Gujarat. The cost of setting up a new restaurant comes in the range of Rs 1.2 crore and above.”
