In a major boost to employment generation, a Mega Chennai Job Fair featuring more than 500 companies will be held at Loyola College on July 11, 2026. The event is being jointly organised by The Rise and GiveLife Foundations with the support of Loyola College and Chennai’s vibrant HR community.
The organisers expect the event to emerge as one of the largest employment fairs ever conducted in India, with over 50,000 job openings spanning multiple sectors and thousands of offer letters likely to be issued on the spot.

Opportunities Across Diverse Sectors
The job fair will bring together employers from a wide spectrum of industries, opening doors for candidates with varied educational backgrounds and skill sets.
Of the participating companies, 216 are from the manufacturing sector, while 94 represent the IT and IT-enabled services (ITES) industry. Recruiters from banking and finance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, education and training, logistics, tourism, retail, sales, marketing and several other sectors will also be present.
Organisers said the fair is designed to provide a single platform where fresh graduates, experienced professionals and skilled workers can explore career opportunities and connect directly with leading employers.
A Proven Track Record in Employment Creation
The Rise and GiveLife Foundations have earned recognition for organising large-scale employment initiatives across Tamil Nadu.
A job fair held in Tirunelveli in June 2025 saw more than 8,000 candidates receiving offer letters in a single day. Similarly, another employment drive conducted in Tiruchirappalli in February 2026 helped over 12,000 candidates secure jobs.
Building on these successes, the organisers are targeting the issuance of more than 25,000 offer letters during the Chennai event, potentially setting a new benchmark for employment fairs in the country.
Free Registration and Candidate Benefits
Participation in the Mega Chennai Job Fair is free for all candidates who register in advance. The organisers and participating companies will not charge any fee for recruitment.
However, candidates who attend without prior registration will be required to pay a nominal fee of Rs.100.
