As the joyous occasion of the Gujarati New Year (Bestu Varas) ushers in the auspicious first day of Vikram Samvat 2082, key dignitaries extended warm greetings to the people of Gujarat and Gujaratis worldwide.
Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendrabhai Patel began the first day of the New Year, Vikram Samvat 2082, with prayers and worship at the Panchdev Temple in Gandhinagar, followed by a visit to the Trimandir in Adalaj. He prayed for the all-round progress of Gujarat and the well-being of its citizens.
